Civista Bank

This 3,245 SF interior tenant fit-out was designed for Civista Bank. This project included the installation of a new driveup banking, drop-off, and ATM service, along with a canopy addition. The commercial bank was seeking visibility and accessibility for a new branch in Beachwood. Located in the high-flowing Chagrin Boulevard/I-271 corridor and clearly seen from the busy Park East Drive this location nailed both. The all glass design faces east towards the freeway to prominently display Civista’s corporate logo. The 32-foot ceiling height provides plenty of space for a mezzanine and the floor to roof glass presents a light and airy feel. Clouds and light banks are suspended to break up the high space.
