Renovation of existing 40,240 sf, two story building for new city offices, police department, sallyport, council chambers and fitness area. Scope of work includes demolition of existing perimeter classrooms and office space for new layout with rework of existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as required. Existing core utilities, toilet rooms, stairs and elevators to remain as shown with minor finish and lighting changes.
